Ken bought the business in 2019 from husband and wife duo Kim and Anne who founded KARS in 1998. Kim wanted the business to go to someone who would continue to provide great customer service to his loyal customers. Kim also wanted an individual who could continue the honesty and integrity in everything he provided for his customers which Ken and his teams has done effectively since taking over the business.
